Victorian Shirley

Shirley is hand painted with DecoArt SoSoft Fabric Paints. It’s a great technique from Bonnie’s NEW book “Portrait Quilts: Painted Faces You Can Do.” Her brooche is also a miniature portrait of her that was hand painted. The portrait is Shirley Botsford, the author of “Daddy’s Ties”.
